Hello,

I have been modifying my power supply system, to be able to run analog and digital car.
The alteration is described on proxudo.de web site and I was please to see that I could use either my analog car and digital car just by switching from one power source (analog) to the other (black box).

But unfortunetaly, When I swiched back to the black box I noticed that the LC are not working anymore.

One point to consider , is that the D132 car , when swiched to analog, turn the wrong way round compare to a normal analog car.

So to be able to change direction I change the polarity of the analog supply. But I wonder if my LC disliked the change of polarity. My 3 LC's are not working anymore (150€ to the bin).

is it possible to purchase the chip inside LC's, or am I definitely a big looser?

do you have the chance to try the lane changes in a small pure Digital 132 track? (just to see if they still work properly)

Did you isolate the diagonal rails of the LCs ?

I did not isolate the diagonale of the LC's. Big mistake ?. Though, I have checked before to run with a multimeter if I had any shorts, everything seemed to be fine. I guess if the LC's was shorting somehow I would have detected it.

I have no other black box available yet, but I have a old ProX LC, I'll cheked it tonigth.

EUREKA !!!!

I found the mistake. I followed the web site tuto by the letter and I did not realise that the drawing on the web site had a little mistake about polarity and the consequence is that the LC's do not work.

I will make a corrected drawing that I'll post later.
