Hi

it is just a post to introduce myself. I joined carreraclub 2 days ago, I have a digital132 track system. My track is 30m long which give me and my kids a greta pleasure. I have modified 4 analogic cars from several manufacturer (NINCO, FLY ) and I had to add ligths to the cars to be able to use all D132 fonctions.
I am sorry to write in english, as I do not speak german at all. I am using a online translator to read your post. Thus it is some time difficult to make sense , but overall I follow somehow the meaning of the post.

My goal, like everybody else I suppose, is to share information about D132, and I have already found very interresting information about mixing digital and analogic.
Some people were asking me why would I do that, The only answer is , not all my acrs (vintage for the most) will accept a chip onboard, and also, not all my friends coming home for a race, have their cars chipped.

I have 3 boys at home to share this passion (amongst other), the 2 youngest are under 5.

I hope you will not be upset about my post in english.

Hi JC,

welcome! It is no problem to post in english, I think we can help you in any questions, as long as you need help after all. It seems to me that you are well versed in building cars.

Where do you live?

Thanks very much for your welcome.
I am living in north of France, I have been working abroad for a few years (UK and US). I am 45 yo but still 16 in my head when playing with my toys :green:

For Tomtom I would say "Ich möchte dasselbe bitte" . hope this is correct.

I am a big fan of porsche 917 from the seventies. And 1/24 is my new "marotte " (?)

Today I am particularly seeking for "zubehorteil" in order to get a fully functionnal D132 track. For instance, I need desperataly a lap Counter. i have ordered a PSL yesterday from "der carrera shop" . It is the first time .

i guess it is possible to post photos, so I could post some of my track. I am in the middle of decoration, and it doesn't go as fast as I expected. could you tell me how to do it? (posting photos I mean)

cheers

JC

HI JC,

the Digital 132 lap counter is not yet released, the release is scheduled for week 6.

For posting pictures, there are various possibilities:

- on the top right of the navigation bar, select "Mein Konto" and "Meine Memberpage". After that, select "Bilder upload" and choose the pictures you want to upload.

- use a free image hosting internet service (e.g. Image shack), and put the URL of the pictures into your message
