Have just received pitstop and lap counter, Problem is as soon as any
car is driven into the pitstop all the other cars stop racing, I then
have to switch of and start over. Every thing else works perfectly
including the lap counter and lane changes, the track is approx
20 meters with 3x boosters, could this be a black box
problem???

Blackbox on right... left the counter... then the pitstop???
Have you modified anything???

the pit stop normaly cuts of only the pitstop power on the pitstoplane... and it looks like your system cuts off the complete power!!! are all cars driving again when you hit the pacecarbutton???... are you driving with a pacecar??? did you removed the extra cover of the blackbox and turned on the Pacecarfunktion?

It looks like a takeover of the hole track through the PSL. Normally the position of the PSL can`t be the reason for it, it has to work on every place in the track. I can`t imagine the problem but an electronic failure. Is it possible for you to put a foto of the track layout and an innerview of the pit into this forum?
