aber irgendwie ist die Bedruckung des Originals so komplex, daß das in
1:24 mittels Tampondruck reproduzierbar ist. Jedenfalls nicht in einer
Güte, die Slottus zufriedenstellen würde.

Den gibt es für die die ihn unbedingt haben wollen, doch auch schon als 1:32 von Scalextric oder SCX.

Ich bau ihn mir in 1/24 selbst, mit Decals von Patto. Wird aber eine Schweinearbeit werden, das steht fest.

Was SCX kann, sollte Carrera doch auch können?

Und der von SCX ist nicht schlecht!

Maybe Tamiya has a preprinted building set of the R8 croc in 1/24
scale. I have seen a Porsche gt3? and a mercedes clk dtm with a
preprinted body, you just need to put a chassis under it and there you
are. Next time I will check it in their catalogue.



@Goldfing : i am wishfull thinking when metioning the C6 limited. If I
repeat this enough maybe it becomes thruth. But i don't think there
will be a third R8 as a limited, we already have had the gulf R8 and
the black one. Maybe it will be a 250GTO although I can't think of a
version besides the red and black one. Maybe someone has a vew pictures
of a special painted GTO?

to be honest, I didn't even expect the SECOND Audi R8 limited
(the black one). I actually thought that four different R8 are enough
(silver-red, silver-yellow, Gulf and Champion Racing),
but Carrera itself seems to be not yet satisfied...


Concerning the Porsche C6:
After the appearance of the red and blue one in completely new colours,
I was a bit surprised by the fact that they launch the Nuerburgring 1966
in the white-red scheme that looks very similar to the old scheme
of the 124 and early Exclusiv C6
(one slight difference is that the former ones had a silver bottom
and no red one).

I would appreciate if another white car with yellow, green or blue
instead of red would appear.
Or a completely yellow, green or black C6.

The new Clubmodell is good but has blue colour
like the existing one without light,
so it would be nice to have more variation in colour
regarding the C6 (this was exactly the reason why
I chose a green design proposal).

But let's see what C6 models will come...
either as limited edition in 2004 or as official models in 2005 maybe.
